Nation University of Educational Planning and Administration (NUEPA) which is fully maintained by the ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India invites application from eligible candidates for admission in to M.Phil., Full Time Ph.D. & Part-time Ph.D. Programs in Educational Policy, Planning and Administration from a broader inter-disciplinary social science perspective. The research programs of NUEPA cover all levels and types of Education from both national and International development perspectives

2.    A Candidate seeking Admission to Ph.D. Program shall have an M.Phil. degree in an area closely related to Educational Planning & Administration & / or exceptionally brilliant academic record coupled with publications of high quality
3.    M.Phil graduates of NUEPA will be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. program after due scrutiny by a selection /admissions committee if they obtain a FGPA of six or above the ten point scale. This will be applicable for all admissions from 2008 onwards

A candidate seeking admission to Part-Time Ph.D. Program is required to meet the following criteria:

1.    Should possess educational qualifications as mentioned in Para (A) above
2.    Currently, should be in full time employment
3.    Should be a senior level educational functionary with a minimum of 5 years work experience in teaching, Educational Planning & Administration
