University of Westminster

2.    M.Sc. (Bio-Technology): B.Tech . (Bio-Technology) / M.Sc. (Bio-Technology) / M.Sc (Environmental Bio-Technology)/ Life Sciences passed candidates are eligible for this course.

Double Degree Masters’ Programme is designed to acquire M.Tech. Degree from JNTUH and M.Sc. degree from Northumbria University, Newcastle/University of Westminster, London (UK). The course comprises of four semesters, with 1st Semesters at JNTUH, 2ND & 3rd Semesters at UK (for M.Sc Degree from UK) and an additional 4th Semester at JNTUH consisting of Project work and seminar (for the optional JNTUHM.Tech Degree ). Applications for admission in to M.Tech ./ M.Sc.-Computer Networks / Computer Network Technology/ Embedded Systems/ Bio-Technology under DDP will be Processed jointly by JNT University Hyderabad and Northumbria University, Newcastle/ University of Westminster, London (UK).

DNB ADMISSIONS BY NATIONAL BOARD OF EXAMINATIONS.

Admission to Diploma National Board (DNB) Programme in Various broad Specialties is currently ongoing for the July 2010 session at various hospitals/ institutions/ medical colleges accredited by the National Board of Examinations.

Kind attention of Candidates and their Parents/Guardians is invited to the admission guidelines for DNB Programme that are contained in the information bulletin CET June 2010 available at www.natboard.edu.in (under link information bulletin).

As per the guidelines for admission, it may kindly be noted that there is no management quota or any preferential category for admission to DNB. Admission to DNB course shall only be undertaken strictly on the basis of merit determined by marks obtained in Centralized Entrance Test (CET) conducted by NBE. National Board of Examinations guidelines provide that admission is granted to candidates only on the basis of their merit in CET and on other consideration like capitation fees.
