C.    Post Graduate Diploma course in Industrial Fermentation and Alcohol Technology (D.F.I.A.T.): B.Sc with Chemistry as one of the subjects with one year experience, after passing the B.Sc in a Distillery/Brewery on a Technical post as on 15.03.2010 having candidates are eligible for this course. Duration of the course is one academic year followed by four months practical training in Distilibery / Brewery.
D.    Certificate course in Sugar Engineering(S.E.C.C.): Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Production or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Technology of a recognized Technical School/College or Polytechnic holders are eligible for this course. Nomination from a vacuum pan sugar factory is essential. Duration of the course is two off seasons (July to November).
E.    Certificate course in Sugar Boiling(S.B.C.C.): Matriculate with Science/Agriculture and one Season’s Sugar boiling Experience in a vacuum pan sugar factory holders are eligible for this course. Experience will be counted from the day after the date of issue of high school mark sheet. Duration of the course is one off season (July to November) followed by five months practical training in a Sugar Factory.
F.    Pre Harvest Cane Maturity Survey Certificate Course: Intermediate in Science or Equivalent with two years experience in a sugar factory laboratory  as on 15.03.2010 Duration of the course is 1 and ½ Month.
G.    Fellowship of National Sugar Institute (F.N.S.I.) by Research
A) F.N.S.I. in Sugar Technology: A.N.S.I. in Sugar Technology holders are eligible for this course.
B) F.N.S.I. in Sugar Chemistry: A.N.S.I. in Sugar Technology holders are eligible for this course.
C) F.N.S.I. in Sugar Engineering: A.N.S.I. in Sugar Engineering holders are eligible for this course.
