ADMISSION IN TO MEDICAL AND PHARMACY COURSES AT AMRITA VISHWA VIDYAPEETHAM
Amrita School of Medicine , Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, invites application from eligible candidates for Entrance Test for Admission in to MBBS / BDS / BAMS / B.Sc Nursing and B.Pharm course.
Eligibility
For admission in to MBBS / BDS / BAMS courses, the candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination, or it’s equivalent. The last 2 years of such study should include Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. And the candidate should have secured not less than 60% in English & minimum 60% marks in aggregate for Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together
For admission in to B.Sc Nursing and B.Pharm courses, the candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination, or it’s equivalent. The last 2 years of such study should include Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. And the candidate should have secured 50% marks and maximum age limit is 25 years as on 31.12.2009 (for B.Pharm – besides Biology; Math’s, Bio-Technology or Computer Science also are acceptable)
Selection will be made on the basic of Entrance Exam & subsequent counseling. Application forms are available from selected branches of Dhanalakshmi Bank & South Indian Bank across India. Last date of receipt of application form is 27th April 2009
